  • How are neon light signs made?
    H2 NEON signs are handmade to your approved design using LED flex on an acrylic backing. The materials used are PVC and acrylic. There is no fragile glass that can break, no neon gas, and no mercury.
  • What if I want a sign that is only partially neon?
    You’ve come to the right place, H2 Creatives also offers digital printing, so we can help you with a combination of digital printing and LED neon!
  • Can you recreate my logo?
    Yes in most cases we can recreate your logo with neon. Just send us the image or pdf file of your logo and we will come back with the quote.
  • How do you power the neon sign?
    All our neon signs comes with 12V power adapter which directly connects with the standard power socket.
  • How long LED Neon sign last?
    Generally, each LED inside of our LED Flex Neon has a lifespan of up to 40,000 hours of use. Which means our signs can last upto 10 years if you only use them for 10 hours a day and dont forget all our signs are repairable as well.
  • Does Neon sign requires special installation?
    Not at all. All they need is fixing to the wall or hanging from the ceiling.
  • What does the warranty cover?
    we provide one year warranty on our neon signs but it doesnt cover any physical demage or wrong installation.
